Amends Mississippi Code sections 75-73-9 and 75-73-13 to treat recreational vehicle parks the same as hotels and motels regarding eviction of persons who remain after their term or stay expires.

Defines "recreational vehicle" as a vehicular unit designed for temporary living quarters for recreational, camping or travel use, including travel trailers, fifth-wheel trailers, camping trailers, truck campers and motor homes.

Requires written notice of agreed departure date and checkout time at registration and signed acknowledgment from the occupant before eviction is permitted for overstaying.

Extends to recreational vehicle parks the same criminal penalties for defrauding owners (fines of $50-$500 for amounts under $25, or $100-$1,000 for amounts $25 or over) and misdemeanor penalties for willful violations (up to $100 fine).

Extends to recreational vehicle parks the lien rights of hotel and restaurant keepers on guests' personal belongings to secure payment of charges, with procedures for notice, sale, and deposit of proceeds.
