Amends Section 77-13-29 to revise term expiration provisions for Underground Facilities Damage Prevention Board members, allowing terms to continue until a successor is appointed rather than automatically expiring.

Modifies executive committee term limitations so the member appointed from the excavation/construction industry has no term limits, while all other executive committee members are limited to two consecutive one-year terms with eligibility to serve again after one year of nonservice.

Maintains the 16-member board composition with representatives from telecommunications, utilities, transportation, gas/liquid industries, professional associations, and local government entities.

Effective date is July 1, 2020.
