Reauthorizes issuance of distinctive motor vehicle license tags for supporters of Murrah High School beginning with registration years on or after July 1, 2020.

Reauthorizes issuance of distinctive motor vehicle license tags for supporters of the Murrah High School Alumni Association beginning with registration years on or after July 1, 2020.

Sets additional fee at $30.00 per distinctive license tag annually, with $24.00 distributed to Murrah High School athletics or the Alumni Association, $1.00 to the Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2.00 to the State Highway Fund, and $1.00 to a special fund under Section 27-19-44.2.

Requires county tax collectors to retain $2.00 per application fee for deposit into county general funds.

Requires both programs to satisfy Section 27-19-44(3) requirements before July 1, 2023, to continue issuance of the distinctive tags.
