Amends Section 45-1-12 of the Mississippi Code to increase salaries for all sworn officers of the Mississippi Highway Safety Patrol and Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics effective July 1, 2021.

Updates salary schedules based on rank and years of experience, with increases ranging from $49,140 for entry-level Troopers to $125,360 for Colonels.

Establishes specific job classifications for Highway Patrol ranks (Trooper through Colonel/Chief of Patrol) and Bureau of Narcotics ranks (Agents I-VI through Colonel/Director).

Requires the Department of Public Safety to provide salary data to the Legislative Budget Office and State Fiscal Officer for budgeting purposes, with allowance for future revisions based on officer employment numbers.

Directs the State Personnel Board to adjust the salary scale to match any across-the-board salary increases granted to other state employees by the Legislature.
