Requires Mississippi Department of Human Services to develop and prepare monthly financial reports detailing all department expenditures made with federal and state funds, in addition to existing quarterly reports.

Reports must include current month expenditures, year-to-date aggregate expenditures for the current fiscal year, and itemized categorical spending by department.

Personnel salary information shall only be included in the June monthly report.

Reports must be submitted by the last business day of each month to the State Auditor, House Public Health and Human Services Committee, House Judiciary A Committee, Senate Public Health and Welfare Committee, and Senate Judiciary A Committee.

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
