Creates "The Sexual Assault Survivors' DNA Bill of Rights" establishing victim rights related to DNA evidence processing and investigation updates in sexual assault cases.

Requires the Mississippi Forensics Laboratory to process sexual assault evidence kits and upload DNA profiles to CODIS within 120 days of receipt, or transfer to another lab within 30 days if unable to process internally.

Grants sexual assault survivors the right to request and receive status updates on DNA testing within 30 days, and the right to be informed whether DNA profiles were obtained, entered into databases, or matched to suspects (unless disclosure would compromise an investigation).

Prohibits law enforcement from destroying sexual assault evidence from unsolved cases for at least 20 years after collection, or until the victim's 40th birthday if the victim was under 18 at the time of the offense, with 60 days' written notice required before destruction.

Requires medical facilities to send examination results to the Division of Victim Compensation within 30 days, and establishes that victims cannot be billed for forensic examinations used in investigations.
