Prohibits sale or lease of previously owned mattresses without disclosing to the buyer or lessee that the mattress has been previously sold, leased, or possessed.

Requires a yellow disclosure tag (minimum 3 by 4.5 inches) to be securely attached to secondhand mattresses stating "THIS MATTRESS/BOX SPRING IS PREVIOUSLY OWNED. THIS TAG IS NOT TO BE REMOVED EXCEPT BY THE CONSUMER."

Designates violations as unfair or deceptive acts in trade or commerce, entitling consumers to remedies under Mississippi Code Chapter 24, Title 75.

Assigns the Office of Consumer Protection in the Attorney General's office to investigate alleged violations.
