Brings forward Section 25-3-13, Mississippi Code of 1972, establishing annual salaries for county board of supervisors members based on county assessed valuation, ranging from $29,870 (counties under $30 million) to $48,101 (counties with $2 billion or more).

Brings forward Section 25-3-36, Mississippi Code of 1972, establishing annual salaries for justice court judges based on county population, ranging from $14,400 (counties with 8,000 or less) to $55,559 (counties over 200,000).

Specifies that as of October 1, 2008, justice court judges receive the greater of either the board of supervisors salary in their county or 103% of their September 30, 2008 salary, with commensurate increases when supervisors receive raises.

Prohibits salary reductions for supervisors due to decreased assessed valuation or for justice court judges due to population changes following federal census.

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
