Establishes a three-year statute of limitations for civil actions against real estate appraisers licensed, certified, or registered under Mississippi Code Chapter 34, Title 73, running from the date of the appraisal or the time prescribed in Section 15-1-49, whichever is earlier.

Allows lawsuits to be filed against the appraiser, appraiser trainee, their employer, affiliated firms, lenders, or appraisal management companies that ordered the appraisal within the three-year period.

Establishes a three-year statute of limitations for civil actions against real estate brokers and salespeople licensed under the Real Estate Brokers License Law of 1954, running from the date the transaction was consummated or the agency relationship ended, or the time prescribed in Section 15-1-49, whichever is earlier.

Allows lawsuits against licensed or formerly licensed brokers and salespeople, or firms with which they are affiliated, within the three-year limitation period.

Becomes effective July 1, 2020.
