Reconstitutes the Mississippi Commission on the Status of Women effective July 1, 2020, with all member terms expiring and new appointments made by the Governor (4 members), Lieutenant Governor (3 members), Speaker of the House (3 members), and Attorney General (3 members).

Requires appointed members to include specific expertise: a current or former food stamps recipient and single parent (Governor); a college educator with women's issues expertise (Lieutenant Governor); a health care professional knowledgeable in women's health (Speaker); and a law professor or lawyer with women's issues expertise (Attorney General).

Establishes staggered four-year terms for reconstituted commission members expiring June 30, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024, with a two-term consecutive service limit.

Requires removal of any commission member who fails to attend three consecutive regular meetings for reasons other than illness, either by majority board vote or by the original appointing officer, with the chairman notifying the appointing officer in writing.

Brings forward existing statutes establishing the commission's powers, duties, study areas, reporting requirements, and advisory interagency council of state agencies.
