Amends Section 73-25-38 of Mississippi Code to extend liability immunity to dentists, in addition to physicians, physician assistants, and certified nurse practitioners who provide charitable health services without charge.

Dentists providing voluntary medical or health services to patients unable to pay are immune from civil liability if services are provided in good faith and a written waiver is executed in advance, except in cases of willful or gross negligence.

Extends immunity to dentists assisting with emergency management, emergency operations, or hazard mitigation in response to any emergency or disaster who voluntarily provide services without compensation, unless the acts resulted from gross, willful, or wanton negligence.

Allows church-operated outpatient clinics receiving less than $40,000 annually in patient payments to extend liability immunity to providers offering charitable services.

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
