Designates Section 73-50-1 as the "Military Family Freedom Act" to streamline occupational licensing for military members, spouses, and dependents.

Allows occupational licensing boards to issue licenses to applicants with military occupational specialties, current licenses in other states, or work experience in unlicensed occupations, subject to background and conduct requirements.

Requires licensing boards to issue written decisions within 60 days of application and permits applicants to appeal licensing board decisions to a court of general jurisdiction.

Mandates licensing boards to display notice of the Military Family Freedom Act on applications, denials, and websites, and to file annual reports on military-related license applications.

Becomes effective July 1, 2020, and applies statewide, preempting any conflicting municipal or county ordinances.
