Amends Section 79-29-1021 of Mississippi Code to add a new ground for administrative revocation of foreign limited liability company registrations when the Department of Revenue notifies the Secretary of State that the company is delinquent in any payments or taxes owed to Mississippi.

Adds this tax delinquency provision as subsection (f) to the existing list of conditions that authorize the Secretary of State to commence revocation proceedings under Section 79-29-1023.

Maintains existing procedural requirement that the Secretary of State must send notice of administrative revocation at least 60 days before the effective date to the company's registered agent or the company itself.

Specifies that the authority of a foreign limited liability company to transact business in Mississippi ceases on the effective date of administrative revocation unless the company cures the failure before that date.

Takes effect upon passage.
