Authorizes casinos in Tunica County to locate on shore in structures owned by licensed gaming operators, removing previous requirement that casinos be located on vessels.

Restricts authorized casino locations in Tunica County to areas west of any point that is 3,000 feet east of U.S. Highway 61.

Requires that shore-based casino structures in Tunica County serve as relocations of vessels that were licensed and operational on January 1, 2020; this requirement expires July 1, 2023.

Amends multiple sections of Mississippi Code (87-1-5, 97-33-1, 97-33-7, 97-33-17, 97-33-25, and 97-33-27) to add new provisions allowing legal gaming in Tunica County shore structures while maintaining existing exemptions for gaming on cruise vessels and Mississippi River vessels.

Takes effect upon passage.
