Requires the Natchez-Adams Special Municipal Separate School District board of trustees to be elected at the November 2020 election for four-year terms, with all members taking office on January 2, 2021 and serving until January 1, 2025.

Establishes five school board members elected from five special trustee election districts that must correspond to the county board of supervisors districts.

Makes school board elections nonpartisan, prohibiting candidates from campaigning or qualifying based on party affiliation, with candidate names listed alphabetically on separate ballot sections without party identifiers.

Candidate filing deadline is 5:00 p.m. on June 1, 2020, and thereafter every four years on March 1, with a filing fee of $15.00 paid to the circuit clerk.

Prescribes vacancy procedures requiring appointment by either municipal governing authority or board of supervisors (whichever has higher student enrollment from that district) within 60 days, with special elections held to fill unexpired terms longer than six months.
