Amends Section 37-7-104.4 to change the Winona-Montgomery Consolidated School District board of education from five appointed/elected members to five members elected from single member districts consistent with county supervisors districts, effective January 1, 2021.

Board of Supervisors must apportion the school district into five single member board of education districts matching supervisors district lines, publish notice for three consecutive weeks, with new district lines effective for the November 2020 presidential election.

Three appointed board members serving on January 1, 2020, continue in office until successors are elected on a staggered schedule: one from Supervisors District 2 (January 1, 2021), one from District 3 (January 1, 2022), and one from District 1 (January 1, 2024).

Two previously elected board members' terms expire January 1, 2023, and are replaced by newly elected members from Supervisors Districts 4 and 5 in a November 2022 election.

All subsequent board members serve four-year terms elected at regular general elections held the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November preceding term expiration.
