Amends Mississippi Code Section 27-115-55 to explicitly clarify that retail liquor stores are eligible to apply to become lottery retailers.

Amends Mississippi Code Section 67-1-51 to authorize holders of package retailer's permits (liquor stores) to sell lottery tickets in accordance with the Alyce G. Clarke Mississippi Lottery Law.

Maintains existing lottery retailer selection criteria including financial responsibility, location security, integrity, reputation, tax compliance, and criminal background requirements.

Effective upon passage.
