Prohibits hunting deer with dogs in any county declared a chronic wasting disease management zone by the Commission on Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks.

Maintains existing temporary moratorium on importing elk, red deer, mule deer, black-tailed deer, and other cervids susceptible to chronic wasting disease into Mississippi.

Imposes Class I penalties for violations of the cervid import moratorium, with maximum fines for second or subsequent violations; allows state to kill and dispose of cervids in enclosures if diseased or imported from infected areas.

Makes provisions of Section 49-7-58 applicable to deer hunting seasons under Sections 49-7-31 and 49-7-37 to ensure conformity with chronic wasting disease restrictions.

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
