Authorizes issuance of up to $12,223,600 in state general obligation bonds to fund road improvement projects in Clay, Lowndes, and Oktibbeha counties, with no bonds issued after July 1, 2024.

Clay County receives up to $1,943,600 total for a 16-inch water line along Yokohama Boulevard ($1,685,600) and expansion of the roadway connecting Eshman Avenue with Yokohama Boulevard ($258,000).

Lowndes County receives up to $8,400,000 total for completion of Charleigh Ford Drive as a two-lane roadway ($3,100,000) and extension of Manufactures Drive to interconnect with Artesia Road ($5,300,000).

Oktibbeha County receives up to $1,880,000 for expansion and improvement of Sudduth Road between Mississippi Highway 389 and Retherford Road, including intersection improvements.

Bonds are general obligations of the State of Mississippi backed by full faith and credit; bond proceeds transferred to a special fund maintained by the State Treasurer and disbursed by the Department of Finance and Administration for eligible project costs.
