Allows retired public school teachers with at least 25 years of creditable service and one year of retirement to be reemployed as teachers while continuing to receive their retirement allowance.

Limits reemployment to eligible schools in critical teacher shortage areas, schools with "C," "D," or "F" performance ratings, or Title 1 schools under federal law.

Reemployed retired teachers receive a beginning teacher's salary (zero to three years experience level) with Class A certification while collecting their full retirement allowance.

Reemployed retired teachers contribute to the Public Employees' Retirement System as contributing members without accruing additional retirement benefits; employer and local education agencies must transfer Mississippi Adequate Education Program funds to the system.

Requires school district superintendent certification that the retired teacher has requisite experience, no other qualified person is available, there was no preexisting hiring arrangement, and the teacher had satisfactory performance before retirement.
