Adds a new provision to Mississippi Code Section 99-19-71 allowing expungement of felony embezzlement convictions under Sections 97-23-19 or 97-23-25 after 14 years of successful completion of all sentence terms and conditions.

Requires petitioner to have paid all criminal fines and costs of court before filing for expungement of embezzlement convictions.

Requires the convicted person to give the district attorney 10 days' written notice before any hearing on the expungement petition.

Maintains the general prohibition that public officials cannot expunge any conviction related to their official duties.

Becomes effective July 1, 2020.
