Restores voting rights to Kentrell Liddell of Oktibbeha County, Mississippi, who lost eligibility to vote due to an embezzlement conviction on December 17, 2009.

Liddell was sentenced to two years in the Mississippi Department of Corrections custody followed by five years probation, which she completed and was discharged from on September 24, 2013.

Legislature recognizes Liddell has conducted herself as a law-abiding and honorable citizen since completing her sentence and conditions.

Takes effect upon passage.
