Restores full voting rights to Cassandra M. Jamison of Tunica County, Mississippi, who lost the right to vote due to criminal convictions.

Jamison was convicted of embezzlement on September 12, 1996, and sentenced to two years probation, which was completed in 1998.

Jamison was convicted of worthless checks on June 1, 2006, in Tate County, and sentenced to three years probation, which was completed on September 14, 2009.

Legislature finds that Jamison has conducted herself as a law-abiding and honorable citizen since completing her sentences.

Act takes effect upon passage.
