Restores voting rights to Antonio Simpson of Tunica County, Mississippi, who lost eligibility to vote due to felony convictions.

Simpson was convicted on March 26, 1997 of armed robbery and aggravated assault, sentenced to six years in custody with counts running concurrently, followed by five years probation.

Simpson completed his entire sentence and was discharged on March 3, 2003, and has since lived as a law-abiding citizen.

The bill takes effect upon passage.
