Restores full voting rights to Anthony Leroy Wallace of Harrison County, Mississippi, who lost voting eligibility due to felony convictions.

Wallace was convicted of robbery in 1999 (sentenced to four years probation), had probation revoked in 2002 (sentenced to ten years in Mississippi Department of Corrections), and was convicted of two counts of felony DUI in 2002 (one year each, consecutive).

Wallace was released from custody on November 15, 2007, and discharged on July 7, 2009.

Legislature finds that Wallace has since conducted himself as a law-abiding and honorable citizen.
