Appropriates $211,388.00 from special funds in the State Treasury to the Mississippi State Board of Nursing Home Administrators for fiscal year 2021 (July 1, 2020 - June 30, 2021).

Authorizes 2 permanent full-time positions for the board with appropriated funds.

Requires the board to maintain complete accounting and personnel records in the same format and level of detail as fiscal year 2020, and to submit budget requests in comparable format for fiscal year 2022.

Directs all revenue generated by the board to be deposited into a special fund with interest remaining in the fund rather than paid to the State General Fund.

Takes effect July 1, 2020, with funds to be expended in compliance with state appropriations law and prohibits obligations or indebtedness exceeding the appropriation.
