Appropriates $5,041,671.00 from special funds in the State Treasury to the Mississippi Board of Nursing for fiscal year 2021 (July 1, 2020 - June 30, 2021).

Authorizes 40 full-time permanent positions for the board with restrictions on salary increases and personnel actions without State Personnel Board approval.

Allocates $1,560,000.00 to the Office of Nursing Workforce to administer the Nursing Workforce Program as an educational curriculum.

Authorizes up to $105,000.00 to be allocated to the Mississippi Board of Pharmacy for the Prescription Monitoring Program.

Requires the board to maintain detailed accounting and personnel records consistent with Fiscal Year 2020 and to submit future budget requests in comparable format and detail.
