Appropriates $296,809.00 to the State Board of Barber Examiners for fiscal year 2021 (July 1, 2020 - June 30, 2021).

Authorizes 3 permanent full-time positions and 4 permanent part-time positions for the board.

Establishes performance targets including 390 examinations given annually, 1-day processing time for in-state licenses, and 3-day processing time for out-of-state licenses.

Restricts salary increases and position reclassifications unless approved by the State Personnel Board and reported to legislative committees.

Effective July 1, 2020.
