Appropriates $6,707,883.00 from the State General Fund and $937,470.00 from special funds to the Mississippi State Supreme Court for fiscal year 2021 (July 1, 2020 - June 30, 2021), with 70 authorized full-time permanent positions.

Appropriates $26,029,937.00 from the State General Fund and $4,192,368.00 from special funds for special judges, chancellors and circuit judges, including $8,720,000.00 for judge support staff capped at $80,000.00 per judge per fiscal year, with 109 authorized full-time permanent positions.

Appropriates $10,535,965.00 from the State General Fund and $27,351,190.00 from special funds to the Administrative Office of Courts, with 39 authorized full-time permanent positions and provisions for $6,500,000.00 for Drug Court Programs and $1,875,000.00 for Youth Court Support Fund.

Appropriates $4,402,396.00 from the State General Fund and $1,588,856.00 from special funds to the Court of Appeals with 58 authorized full-time permanent positions; appropriates $149,338.00 to Continuing Legal Education Fund and $346,100.00 to Board of Bar Admissions.

Reappropriates $84,000.00 and $210,000.00 from Capital Expense Fund for Drug Court Case Management Program and Intervention Courts; requires the State Supreme Court to charge maximum allowable fees for services and deposit revenues into a special fund account.
