Appropriates $9,268,140.00 from the State General Fund and $8,582,181.00 from special funds to the Department of Archives and History for fiscal year 2021 (July 1, 2020 - June 30, 2021).

Authorizes 171 full-time permanent positions, 7 part-time permanent positions, 9 full-time time-limited positions, and 0 part-time time-limited positions for the department.

Provides $2,000,000.00 from the Mississippi Landmark Grant Fund for preservation of Mississippi Landmark Properties and $100,000.00 for capital development of Beauvoir Shrine.

Appropriates additional funds for the Statewide Oral History Project ($45,748.00), repair and renovation of state buildings ($750,000.00), and reauthorizes previous capital expense projects totaling $943,419.00.

Prohibits use of general funds to replace withdrawn federal or special funds for salaries, requires maximum charges for services rendered, and exempts the department from paying rent for museum and public space in the State Historical Museum.
