Reappropriates $1,989,071.00 for construction and repair projects at state agencies, authorized under multiple prior fiscal years' bills (HB 1616, SB 3015, SB 2911, SB 2902, and SB 2896).

Reappropriates $7,584,092.00 for construction and repair projects at Institutions of Higher Learning, Community and Junior Colleges, and various state agencies.

Reappropriates $1,422,248.00 for water treatment facility upgrades and renovation at Alcorn State University and related purposes.

Reappropriates $298,726.00 and $10,906,334.00 for improvements to the Law Enforcement Officer's Training Academy and state-owned properties, universities, and community colleges respectively, with all funds capped at unexpended balances as of June 30, 2020, and taking effect July 1, 2020.
