Appropriates $2,036,824.00 from the State General Fund for the State Oil and Gas Board's operations for fiscal year 2021 (July 1, 2020 - June 30, 2021).

Appropriates an additional $94,000.00 from special funds collected by or available to the State Oil and Gas Board for the same fiscal period.

Authorizes 33 permanent full-time positions for the State Oil and Gas Board under the general fund appropriation.

Requires the agency to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as fiscal year 2020, and to submit future budget requests in comparable format and detail.

Restricts salary increases and position escalations unless programs or positions are added by the Legislature, with oversight by the State Personnel Board and Department of Finance and Administration.
