Appropriates $19,409,049.00 from the State Treasury to the Public Employees' Retirement System for administrative expenses and building maintenance and operation for fiscal year 2021 (July 1, 2020 - June 30, 2021).

Authorizes 168 permanent full-time positions for the Board of Trustees of the Public Employees' Retirement System.

Allocates no more than $3,900,000.00 for a replacement computer system and no more than $300,000.00 for building maintenance and repair.

Establishes the Public Employees' Retirement System Building Repair and Maintenance Fund to receive rental income from the system's building at 301 North President Street, Jackson, with unexpended funds transferred to the Administrative Budget Fund at fiscal year end.

Requires the agency to maintain complete accounting and personnel records at the same level of detail as fiscal year 2020 and to submit Fiscal Year 2022 budget requests in comparable format and detail.
