Authorizes issuance of state general obligation bonds up to $5,120,000 for repairs, renovations, and capital improvements at Mississippi state parks.

Creates the "2020 State Parks Repair, Renovation and Capital Improvements Fund" within the State Treasury to receive bond proceeds and disburse funds to eligible projects.

Allocates up to $350,000 for water well system improvements at Clarkco, Leroy Percy, George P. Cossar, and Tombigbee State Parks, and up to $1,100,000 for wastewater treatment system improvements at Clarkco, Lake Lincoln, Tombigbee, and Wall Doxey State Parks.

Bonds mature within 25 years from date of issue, with interest rates not to exceed limits in Mississippi Code Section 75-17-101, and are backed by the full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi.

Bond issuance authority expires on July 1, 2024, with effective date of July 1, 2020.
