Appropriates $1.00 from the Budget Contingency Fund to the Department of Finance and Administration for COVID-19 related expenses from passage through June 30, 2021.

Appropriates $1.00 from the DFA CARES Act COVID-19 Fund (Fund Number 6820113000) to the Department of Finance and Administration for COVID-19 related expenses from passage through June 30, 2021.

Requires State Fiscal Officer certification that all expenditures qualify for reimbursement under Section 5001 of the CARES Act and related Treasury guidance before any funds may be spent.

Becomes effective July 1, 2020 and repeals June 30, 2020.
