Appropriates $14,000,000 from the Mississippi Tourism Recovery Fund to the Department of Finance and Administration for tourism recovery purposes from July 1, 2020 through December 30, 2020.

Appropriates $1,000,000 from the Mississippi Nonprofit Museums Recovery Fund to the Department of Finance and Administration for nonprofit museum recovery purposes from July 1, 2020 through December 30, 2020.

Requires the Department of Finance and Administration to disburse funds in compliance with the Single Audit Act and Uniform Guidance regarding internal controls, subrecipient monitoring, and audit requirements.

Mandates the Department of Finance and Administration to review recipient expenditures for compliance with U.S. Department of Treasury guidelines for Coronavirus Relief Fund money under the CARES Act.

Requires any recipient or the department that improperly expends funds in violation of federal guidelines to repay the State of Mississippi for amounts that must be repaid to the federal government.
