Requires residents aged 60 and older at nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, personal care homes, and adult foster care facilities to obtain a preneed contract for final disposition services or merchandise within 6 months of admission.

If a resident fails to obtain a preneed contract within the required timeframe, the facility must purchase one and add the cost to the resident's regular charges.

Existing residents aged 60 and older as of July 1, 2020 who lack a preneed contract must obtain one by December 31, 2020, or the facility must purchase one on their behalf.

Prohibits facilities from refusing admission or taking adverse actions against residents based on whether they have or obtain a preneed contract.

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
