Increases the maximum total compensation that a person may recover under Mississippi workers' compensation law from 450 weeks to 520 weeks of benefits.

Applies the 520-week maximum to all compensation categories including permanent total disability, temporary total disability, permanent partial disability, temporary partial disability, and death benefits.

Maintains the compensation rate of 66⅔% of the average weekly wage for the state across all disability and death benefit categories.

Effective date is July 1, 2020.
