Amends Mississippi Code Section 37-151-7 to provide a 10% adjustment to the base student cost under the Mississippi Adequate Education Program (MAEP) for students participating in district community school programs.

Defines "community schools" as public elementary or secondary schools providing coordinated programs in academics, mental health, physical health, social services, youth development, early childhood care, expanded learning time, and community engagement.

Requires community schools to maintain partnerships with community-based organizations, operate as community centers, employ site coordinators, and implement comprehensive services including health, employment, mentoring, enrichment, and before/after school programs.

Establishes that the additional 10% adjustment is calculated by multiplying the base student cost by 10% and then multiplying that product by the number of pupils participating in the district's community school programs.

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
