Increases the annual salary of the Lieutenant Governor and Speaker of the House of Representatives from $60,000 to $90,000, effective January 1, 2024.

Increases the Governor's annual salary from $122,160 to $195,000, effective January 1, 2024.

Increases the Attorney General's annual salary from $108,960 to $175,000, effective January 1, 2024.

Increases annual salaries for Secretary of State, Commissioner of Insurance, State Treasurer, State Auditor of Public Accounts, and Commissioner of Agriculture and Commerce from $90,000 to $125,000 each, effective January 1, 2024.

Increases annual salaries for Transportation Commissioners and Public Service Commissioners from $78,000 to $105,000 each, effective January 1, 2024, and requires the State Personnel Board to prepare compensation reports every four years beginning November 1, 2024.
