Removes requirement for disabled persons to submit physician certification when renewing special disabled parking license plates or decals annually.

Disabled persons may retain and renew special license plates and decals bearing the International Symbol of Access without submitting new physician certification at renewal.

Initial application for disabled parking plates or decals still requires physician certification that applicant meets disability definition and will have disability for at least 5 years.

Applies to both regular special license plates for disabled persons and decals for disabled American veterans' plates or tags.

Effective date: July 1, 2020.
