Amends Section 37-13-89 of the Mississippi Code to revise minimum annual salaries for school attendance officers to reflect current compensation levels.

Updates salary schedules for three categories: officers with bachelor's degrees (0-4 years starting at $24,528.29, over 17 years at $31,182.09); licensed social workers (0-4 years starting at $25,558.29, over 21 years at $35,415.39); and master's degree holders in behavioral science (0-4 years starting at $26,382.29, over 21 years at $37,413.59).

Salaries increase based on years of experience, with higher ranges for officers with advanced degrees and licensure in social work.

Maintains existing requirements that school attendance officers be employed by the State Department of Education, possess relevant education credentials or experience, and perform duties related to enforcing Mississippi's compulsory school attendance law.

Takes effect upon passage.
