Amends Section 45-1-12 of the Mississippi Code to establish a new salary schedule for sworn officers of the Mississippi Highway Safety Patrol and Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics, effective July 1, 2021.

Updates salary scale based on rank and years of experience, with entry-level Troopers earning $39,140 and Colonels earning $115,360 as of fiscal year 2021-2022.

Requires salary determinations based on an officer's rank and years of experience as of July 1 of the current fiscal year.

Mandates the State Personnel Board to adjust the salary scale proportionally if the Legislature provides across-the-board salary increases to other state employees paid from the General Fund.

Requires the Mississippi Department of Public Safety to file necessary data with the Legislative Budget Office and State Fiscal Officer to enable proper budgeting and distribution of compensation funds.
