Prohibits state officials, agents, and employees of Mississippi and its political subdivisions from enforcing federal executive orders, laws, or regulations that confiscate, ban, or restrict firearms, magazines, ammunition, or require firearm registration.

Makes it a felony for state or local officials who knowingly and willfully order other officials to enforce such federal firearm restrictions, punishable by at least one year in the Mississippi Department of Corrections, a fine of at least $10,000, or both.

Cites Article 3, Section 12 of the Mississippi Constitution, the Ninth and Tenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution, and due process protections as constitutional authorization for the act.

Preserves existing search and seizure laws under the Fourth, Fifth, and Fourteenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution and Article 3, Section 23 of the Mississippi Constitution.

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
