Requires vehicles operated on public roads, streets, or highways to operate front and rear lamps during sunset to sunrise, when windshield wipers are needed due to precipitation or other conditions, and when insufficient light exists to see a person 500 feet ahead.

Prohibits vehicle operators from using only parking lights or auxiliary driving lamps during times when full front and rear lamps are required by law.

Establishes violation as a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $25.00 upon conviction.

Effective July 1, 2020.
