Appropriates $1,500,000 from the Mississippi Works Fund to the Mississippi Department of Employment Security for fiscal year 2021 (July 1, 2020 - June 30, 2021).

Funds the Mississippi Works Career-Tech Scholars Program administered by the Mississippi Community College Board and distributed to eligible community colleges.

Establishes legislative intent to fund the program with not less than $1,500,000 annually from the Mississippi Works Fund in subsequent fiscal years.

Requires the State Treasurer to pay funds from the Mississippi Works Fund created under Mississippi Code Section 71-5-353 upon warrants issued by the State Fiscal Officer.

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
