Extends Medicaid coverage for pregnant women to include maternal care services for 12 months after the end of pregnancy for women eligible under paragraphs (3), (8), and (9)(b) and (c) of Section 43-13-115.

Applies to pregnant women who would be eligible for Medicaid as low-income family members, those meeting state plan financial standards, and those with family income up to 133% or 185% of the federal poverty level.

Specifies that the 12-month postpartum coverage period applies only to maternal care services, not other Medicaid benefits.

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
