Authorizes Mississippi county boards of supervisors to pay salaries for tax assessors, tax collectors, prosecuting attorneys, board members, county auditors, deputy chancery clerks, sheriffs, deputy sheriffs, and justice court judges every two weeks instead of monthly or semimonthly.

Changes the entity issuing certificates of educational recognition for tax assessors from the International Association of Assessing Officers to the Mississippi Cooperative Extension Service.

Allows boards of supervisors to implement bi-weekly pay schedules through resolution adoption, with salary payments made on the preceding workday if a pay date falls on a weekend or legal holiday.

Applies to county officials across multiple positions and salary levels, from justice court judges to tax assessors and county supervisors.

Takes effect upon passage.
