Authorizes county boards of supervisors to pay salaries of tax assessors, collectors, county prosecutors, supervisors, auditors, deputy chancery clerks, sheriffs, deputy sheriffs, and justice court judges on a bi-weekly basis instead of only monthly or semi-monthly.

Amends Sections 25-3-3, 25-3-17, 25-3-19, 25-3-29, and 25-3-36 of the Mississippi Code to add bi-weekly payment options while maintaining existing monthly and semi-monthly payment options.

Requires county boards of supervisors to adopt a resolution to implement bi-weekly pay schedules.

Allows bi-weekly salary payments to be made on days other than weekends or legal holidays, with payments moved to the immediately preceding workday if a scheduled pay date falls on a weekend or holiday.

Takes effect upon passage.
