Authorizes courts to require successful completion of workforce training at a community college, workforce development center, or similar nonprofit program as a condition for withholding acceptance of a guilty plea under nonadjudication provisions in Section 99-15-26.

Allows workforce training completion to be included as a term of pretrial intervention agreements under Section 99-15-117.

Requires the Department of Finance and Administration to transfer $2,000 from the Mississippi Department of Corrections budget to the Mississippi Community College Board for each person who successfully completes workforce training under these programs.

Directs transferred funds to be disbursed to the community college where the person received training or the community college affiliated with the workforce development center.

Effective July 1, 2020.
